All orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping is $10

Express Shipping is $15

I’m a one gal band but I aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. If you require anything urgently please send me an email to ensure I can have it arrive to you in time.

We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping is not currently offered.

LOCAL PICKUP:

If you know me personally drop me a message to arrange free local pickup!

If you are a sunshine coast local please feel free to email me if you would like to arrange a local pick-up to save on postage.

RETURNS:

We are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind, however if the items arrive damaged - replacements or refunds will be issued. Please contact me via the contact page or send me an email to natalie.partridge@gmail.com with your order details.
